Zoetis Appoints Stephanie Tilenius to Board of Directors

Zoetis Inc. announced the appointment of Stephanie Tilenius to its Board of Directors, effective December 1, 2025. Tilenius brings extensive experience in digital health and technology, having founded several healthcare companies, including Vida Health, Inc., and holding senior positions at Google, PayPal, and eBay. Her expertise in digital health and AI aligns with Zoetis' vision to advance animal health through innovation. The Board size will increase from 12 to 13 members with her appointment. Tilenius will also participate in the company's non-employee director compensation program and enter into a standard indemnification agreement.
