ZK International Group Co., Ltd. Issues Shares Under 2025 Equity Incentive Plan

ZK International Group Co., Ltd. announced the issuance of 650,000 ordinary shares on October 21, 2025, under its 2025 Equity Incentive Plan. Of these, 63,000 shares were issued to Di Chen, the Company's Secretary, and 587,000 shares were issued to certain other employees as compensation for their continued service.
