Resignation and Appointment of Directors at ZK International Group Co., Ltd.

ZK International Group Co., Ltd. announced the resignation of two directors, Mr. Hedong Xu and Ms. Linge Zhou, effective October 19, 2025. On October 20, 2025, the company appointed Mr. Tiesheng Zhang and Mr. Ran An as new directors.
