Resignation and Appointment of Key Officers at Vestand Inc.

On September 15, 2025, Ju Hwan Oh (John Oh) resigned as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Vestand Inc., effective immediately. His resignation was not due to any disagreement with the company, its management, or the board of directors. The company filed this report late due to an inadvertent lapse. On October 21, 2025, the board appointed Jaeho Yoon as the new CFO. Mr. Yoon had been assisting the company with financial management prior to his formal appointment.
