UTime Limited Announces MOU to Co-Develop Elderly Care Services Platform

UTime Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Hainan Fuxinyi Investment Co., Ltd. to collaborate on the development of a professional digital platform for elderly care services. The partnership aims to leverage UTime's product development and manufacturing expertise, while Fuxinyi will contribute its network of eldercare service providers. The platform will initially be implemented in Nanning, Guangxi province, with plans for expansion to other cities in southern China. The collaboration includes a three-year development plan, defined roles and expertise, a pilot region, and strategic market expansion. UTime believes this partnership represents a strategic shift into healthcare-related services and expects it to create long-term growth opportunities and shareholder value.
