Lauren Young, a director of Waystar Holding Corp., has appointed Gregory R. Packer, Joshua C. Horrocks, and Steven M. Oreskovich as attorneys-in-fact to execute and deliver forms required by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission related to her ownership or transactions in securities of Waystar Holding Corp. This includes forms such as Form 3, Form 4, and Form 5, as well as applications for EDGAR access codes. The Power of Attorney will remain in effect until Young is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier in writing. The attorneys-in-fact are not assuming Young's responsibilities to comply with Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
