Varonis Systems Q3 2025 Financial Results

Varonis Systems, Inc. announced its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025. The company reported total revenues of $161.6 million, an increase from $148.1 million in the same quarter of the previous year. SaaS revenues were $125.8 million, up significantly from $57.8 million in Q3 2024. However, the company experienced a GAAP operating loss of $35.9 million, compared to a loss of $23.6 million in the prior year. Non-GAAP operating income was $0.2 million, down from $9.1 million in Q3 2024. The company also announced a $150 million share repurchase authorization. Despite the challenges, Varonis highlighted the growth in annual recurring revenues (ARR), which increased by 18% year-over-year to $718.6 million.
