Power of Attorney for Austin Kaplicer

Austin Kaplicer, Interim CFO of Vimeo, Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney appointing Jessica Tracy and Bianca Lazar as his attorneys-in-fact. This authorization allows them to act on his behalf in various capacities related to SEC filings and EDGAR account management. The attorneys-in-fact are empowered to prepare, execute, and submit reports required under Section 13 or Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, including Forms 3, 4, and 5, Schedules 13D and 13G, and Forms 144. They can also manage Kaplicer's EDGAR account, including appointing and removing account administrators and users, and maintaining account security. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Kaplicer is no longer required to file these forms or is revoked in writing.
