TON Strategy Company 2025 Annual Meeting Results

On October 24, 2025, TON Strategy Company held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The meeting included several key proposals: 1) Election of Directors, where Manuel Stotz, Nicolas Cary, Rory J.
