Grupo Televisa Q3 2025 Financial Results

Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. reported its financial results for the third quarter of 2025. The company experienced a 4.8% decline in revenue, amounting to Ps.14,627.0 million, compared to Ps.15,362.8 million in the same period last year. Operating segment income decreased by 0.7%, resulting in a margin of 38.5%. The Cable segment saw flat revenue, while the Sky segment experienced an 18.2% decline in revenue due to a decrease in Revenue Generating Units (RGUs). Net loss attributable to stockholders was Ps.1,932.5 million, compared to a net income of Ps.666.5 million in the third quarter of 2024. The company also reported a decrease in finance expense, net, by Ps.583.9 million, primarily due to lower interest expense and favorable foreign exchange gains. Capital expenditures for the quarter were U.S.$196.1 million (Ps.3,656.6 million).
