TechPrecision Corporation 2025 Annual Meeting Results

TechPrecision Corporation held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on October 28, 2025. A total of 7,323,846 shares were present in person or by proxy out of 9,952,950 shares entitled to vote. The meeting resulted in the election of all nominated directors: Andrew A. Levy, General Victor E. Renuart Jr. (Ret.), Walter M. Schenker, Alexander Shen, and Robert D. Straus. The selection of CBIZ CPAs P.C. as the independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, was ratified. Additionally, the compensation of the Company’s Named Executive Officers, as disclosed in the Proxy Statement dated October 3, 2025, was approved on an advisory, non-binding basis.
