Power of Attorney for Anutthara Bharadwaj at Toast, Inc.

Anutthara Bharadwaj, a director of Toast, Inc., has appointed several individuals as attorneys-in-fact to act on her behalf in matters related to SEC filings. These attorneys-in-fact are authorized to execute and file various SEC forms, including Form 3, Form 4, Form 5, Schedules 13D and 13G, and any amendments thereto. The power of attorney also grants these individuals the authority to perform any necessary actions related to these filings, including the assignment of EDGAR codes and the filing of documents with the SEC and other relevant authorities. The power of attorney remains in effect until Bharadwaj is no longer required to file such forms or until it is revoked in writing. This document supersedes any prior power of attorney related to Bharadwaj's role at Toast, Inc.
