Teradyne Announces CFO Transition
On October 28, 2025, Teradyne, Inc. announced that Michelle Turner will succeed Sanjay Mehta as its Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer, effective November 3, 2025. Ms. Turner will also serve as principal financial officer and principal accounting officer. Mr. Mehta will remain with the Company as an executive advisor. Ms. Turner's compensation includes an initial base salary of $640,000 per year, eligibility for an annual cash incentive bonus, and an equity award with a total value of $6,800,000. She will also receive one-time sign-on compensation of $350,000. Ms. Turner has extensive experience in financial leadership roles, including at L3Harris Technologies, Johnson & Johnson, BHP Billiton, Raytheon, and Honeywell.
