Power of Attorney for Betty Jo Rocchio

Betty Jo Rocchio, a director of TELA Bio, Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney appointing the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Accounting Officer as her attorneys-in-fact. This authorization allows them to execute and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 on her behalf in accordance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The attorneys-in-fact are also empowered to perform any necessary actions related to these filings, including amendments and submissions to the SEC and stock exchanges. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until revoked in writing by Rocchio.
