Power of Attorney for William R. Langin

William R. Langin, Executive Vice President - Exploration and Development of Talos Energy Inc., has granted a Power of Attorney to William S. Moss III, Gregory M. Babcock, and Megan Dick. This authorization allows them to act on his behalf in matters related to SEC filings, including obtaining EDGAR credentials, managing his EDGAR account, and executing Forms 3, 4, 5, and 144. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Langin is no longer required to file reports under Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, unless revoked earlier in writing.
