SaverOne Signs Third Distribution Agreement in the United States

SaverOne 2014 Ltd., a technology company specializing in transportation safety solutions, has signed a new distribution agreement with BSD Tree Inc., a New York City-based company. This marks the third distribution agreement SaverOne has secured in the United States. The agreement will see BSD Tree Inc. distribute SaverOne's driver-distraction safety system across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, expanding SaverOne's addressable market by approximately 20 million vehicles. CEO Ori Gilboa expressed confidence that this partnership will accelerate SaverOne's penetration into the U.S. market and strengthen its presence in North America. SaverOne's technology aims to reduce driver distraction by preventing access to distracting mobile applications while driving, thereby enhancing road safety. The company targets commercial and private vehicle fleets, vehicle manufacturers, and insurance and leasing companies. SaverOne is also developing a sensor system for early detection of vulnerable road users through their cellphone footprint.
