Suzano S.A. Panda Bonds Issuance

Suzano S.A. announced the pricing of its panda bonds issuance in the Chinese market through its subsidiary Suzano International Finance B.V. The issuance consists of two tranches: Tranche 1 with a principal amount of RMB1.3 billion, a yield and coupon of 2.55% per annum, maturing on October 21, 2028; and Tranche 2 with a principal amount of RMB100 million, a yield and coupon of 2.9% per annum, maturing on October 21, 2030. The bonds are senior obligations fully guaranteed by Suzano S.A. and the proceeds will be used for general purposes outside of China. The settlement is expected on October 21, 2025. The bonds were not registered with the CVM or the SEC and may not be offered or sold in Brazil under certain circumstances.
