Limited Power of Attorney for Section 16 Reporting

Nicole Thaung, Chief Financial Officer of ONE Group Hospitality, Inc., has executed a Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA) appointing Christi Hing, Tiffany Miller, and attorneys from Stoel Rives LLP as her attorneys-in-fact for Section 16 reporting purposes. The LPOA authorizes these individuals to execute and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 on her behalf, as required by Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The attorneys-in-fact are also authorized to obtain transaction information from third parties and take any other actions necessary for compliance. The LPOA revokes all prior powers of attorney related to Section 16 reporting and remains in effect until revoked in writing.
