Adjournment of Steakholder Foods Ltd. Special General Meeting

Steakholder Foods Ltd. has announced the adjournment of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders from October 27, 2025, to October 28, 2025, due to a lack of quorum. The meeting will be held at the same time and place as originally scheduled. Shareholders may vote by returning a proxy card in advance or by voting in person at the meeting. However, holders of American Depositary Shares (ADSs) will no longer be able to vote as the deadline for receiving voting instructions has passed. The proxy statement, which includes the full version of the proposed resolutions, was previously furnished to the SEC on September 22, 2025.
