SSR Mining Announces Board Member Resignation

SSR Mining Inc. announced the resignation of Mr. Simon Fish from its Board of Directors effective October 24, 2025. Mr. Fish, who joined the Board in 2018, served as the Chair of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee and a member of the Compensation and Leadership Development Committee. His resignation is due to his new role as Senior Executive President and General Counsel of TD Bank Group and is not related to any dispute or disagreement with the company. Following his departure, the Board will consist of eight members. The company expressed gratitude for Mr. Fish's contributions and wished him success in his new position.
