Power of Attorney for Section 16 Reporting Obligations

Shawn Pelsinger, a director of Surf Air Mobility Inc., has granted a limited power of attorney to Douglas Sugimoto, Michael Titera, and Meghan Sherley to act on his behalf for Section 16 reporting obligations. This includes preparing and submitting Form ID applications, Schedule 13Ds, and Forms 3, 4, and 5 to the SEC. The power of attorney remains in effect until revoked or superseded by a new document.
