Power of Attorney for Michael Tucci

Michael Tucci, a director of Sportsman's Warehouse Holdings, Inc., has appointed Paul Stone, Jennifer Fall Jung, and Rick Smith as his attorneys-in-fact. This Power of Attorney authorizes them to execute and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 on his behalf in compliance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The attorneys-in-fact are also empowered to perform any necessary actions related to these filings. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Tucci is no longer required to file these forms, he revokes it in writing, or any attorney-in-fact is no longer employed by the company.
