Power of Attorney for Jamie McConnell

Jamie McConnell, the Chief Financial Officer of Sweetgreen, Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney document. This document appoints Jonathan Neman, Matthew Alexander, and Adrienne Gemperle as attorneys-in-fact to act on McConnell's behalf in matters related to SEC filings.
