Ryanair Holdings plc announced the purchase of 59,387 ordinary shares and 859,746 ordinary shares underlying American Depositary Shares (ADS) for cancellation between 13 October 2025 and 17 October 2025. The transactions were part of the company's existing share buy-back programme, which was announced on 20 May 2025. The purchases were made at various volume-weighted average prices, with ordinary shares purchased at prices ranging from €25.032 to €25.116 and ADS shares at prices ranging from US $30.4132 to US $30.8745. All purchased shares will be cancelled, and the announcement complies with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, as amended.
