Power of Attorney for Tod Browndorf

Tod Browndorf, a director of RYVYL Inc., has granted a Power of Attorney to Jasmine Farrington and Zechariah Kirscher. This authorization allows them to execute and file various forms on his behalf, including Forms 3, 4, and 5, as required under Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as well as Form 13-H under Section 13(h) of the same Act. Additionally, they are authorized to file Form ID and other necessary forms for EDGAR access. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Browndorf is no longer required to file these forms or until he revokes it in writing. This document revokes any previous Power of Attorney granted by Browndorf on the same subject matter.
