Limited Power of Attorney for SEC Reporting Obligations

June Ann Seymour, Chief Accounting Officer of Cartesian Therapeutics, Inc., has granted a Limited Power of Attorney to Matthew Bartholomae, Mark Edlund, Sabrina Tompkins, and Mark Walko. This power of attorney authorizes them to act on her behalf in matters related to SEC reporting obligations. Specifically, they are authorized to submit Form ID Applications, execute Forms 3, 4, 5, and 144, and Schedules 13D and 13G, and perform any other necessary actions to comply with SEC requirements. The power of attorney remains in effect until revoked in writing by June Ann Seymour.
