Poplar Point Capital Management LLC Acquires 5.6% Stake in Resources Connection, Inc.

Poplar Point Capital Management LLC, along with its affiliates Poplar Point Capital Partners LP, Poplar Point Capital GP LLC, and Jad Fakhry, have collectively acquired a 5.6% stake in Resources Connection, Inc. (RGP). The acquisition, which totals 1,867,345 shares of Common Stock, was made for investment purposes. The Reporting Persons have engaged in constructive discussions with RGP's management and board regarding potential corporate overhead reductions and divestitures of non-core assets. While no specific changes to the board are planned, the Reporting Persons recommended Filip Gyde, who joined RGP's board after a standard evaluation process. The transactions were executed in the ordinary course of business, with purchases made between June and August 2025 at prices ranging from $4.54 to $5.90 per share.
