Power of Attorney for Section 16 Reporting Obligations

Dorothy D. Hayes, a director of Redwire Corporation, has executed a Power of Attorney appointing Aaron Futch, James H. Romaker, Alexander M. Schwartz, Nicholas J. Pappas, and F. Mark Reuter as her attorneys-in-fact. These individuals are authorized to execute and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 on her behalf in compliance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Power of Attorney also grants them the authority to perform any necessary actions related to these filings, including obtaining transaction information from third parties. This Power of Attorney will remain in effect until Hayes is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier in writing.
