Rogers Communications Declares Quarterly Dividend

Rogers Communications Inc. announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of 50 cents per share on each of its outstanding Class B Non-Voting shares and Class A Voting shares. The dividend will be paid on January 2, 2026, to shareholders of record as of December 8, 2025. Rogers is Canada’s leading communications and entertainment company, with shares traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX: RCI.A and RCI.B) and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: RCI).
