Ferrari N.V. Share Buyback Program Update

Ferrari N.V. (NYSE/EXM: RACE) has provided an update on its share buyback program. The company has purchased 51,100 common shares on the Euronext Milan (EXM) as part of the eighth tranche of its multi-year share buyback program, which was announced on July 31, 2025. The total consideration for these purchases was €17,562,159.06. Since the announcement of the eighth tranche, Ferrari has invested a total of €196,510,398.73 for 510,724 common shares purchased on the EXM and USD 48,417,771.03 (€41,475,088.35) for 108,438 common shares purchased on the NYSE. As of October 24, 2025, the company held 16,293,457 common shares in treasury, representing 8.40% of the total issued common shares. Including special voting shares, the company held 8.93% of the total issued share capital. Since the start of the multi-year share buyback program announced during the 2022 Capital Markets Day, Ferrari has purchased a total of 5,630,182 common shares on EXM and NYSE for a total consideration of €1,880,555,184.43.
