Ferrari N.V. Share Buyback Program Update

Ferrari N.V. (NYSE/EXM: RACE) has provided an update on its share buyback program. The company has purchased 87,700 common shares on the Euronext Milan (EXM) and 38,829 common shares on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) as part of the eighth tranche of its multi-year share buyback program. The total consideration for these purchases was €42,273,126.13. Since the announcement of the eighth tranche, Ferrari has invested €178,948,239.67 in purchasing 459,624 common shares on the EXM and $48,417,771.03 (€41,475,088.35) in purchasing 108,438 common shares on the NYSE. As of October 17, 2025, the company held 16,242,357 common shares in treasury, representing 8.38% of the total issued common shares. Since the start of the multi-year share buyback program in July 2022, Ferrari has purchased a total of 5,579,082 common shares for a total consideration of €1,862,993,025.37.
