Power of Attorney for James C. Clancy at Quantum Corporation

James C. Clancy, a director of Quantum Corporation, has appointed Tara Ilges and Laura A. Nash as his attorneys-in-fact. This Power of Attorney authorizes them to execute and file Forms 3, 4, 5, and 144 on his behalf in compliance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The attorneys-in-fact are also empowered to perform any necessary actions related to these filings, including amendments and submissions to the SEC and stock exchanges. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Clancy is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier in writing.
