Power of Attorney for Stephen Michael Bakke

Stephen Michael Bakke, Chief Financial Officer of Postal Realty Trust, Inc., has granted a Power of Attorney to Joseph Antignani, Jeremy Garber, or James Davidson. This authorization allows them to execute and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 on his behalf in compliance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Bakke is no longer required to file these forms or until he revokes it in writing. This document revokes all previous Powers of Attorney granted by Bakke in his capacity as an officer and/or director of the company.
