ParaZero Technologies Ltd. Announces Departure of Chief Technology Officer

On October 29, 2025, ParaZero Technologies Ltd. announced that Mr. Yuval Gilad, the Company’s Chief Technology Officer, will depart from the Company effective December 25, 2025. Mr. Gilad will continue to serve in his role during the interim period. The departure is not due to any disagreement with the Company. ParaZero Technologies has initiated a search for a qualified candidate to fill the position.
