Power of Attorney for Gopal Ajei at Procore Technologies

Gopal Ajei, CEO Designate and Director of Procore Technologies, Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney document. This document appoints Benjamin Singer, Travis Shrout, and Ting Wang as his attorneys-in-fact. They are authorized to prepare, execute, and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 with the SEC on his behalf, in accordance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Power of Attorney also allows them to perform any necessary actions related to these filings, including generating EDGAR access codes and submitting amendments. The document remains in effect until Gopal Ajei is no longer required to file these forms, he revokes it in writing, or the attorneys-in-fact are no longer employed by the company. The Power of Attorney does not relieve Gopal Ajei of his responsibilities under Section 16 of the Exchange Act.
