Power of Attorney for Nicolle Pangis

Nicolle Pangis, a director of OUTFRONT Media Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney appointing Richard H. Sauer, Louis J. Capocasale, and Alla Khabinskaya as her attorneys-in-fact. This authorization allows them to file Forms 3, 4, 5, and 144, as well as other necessary documents related to securities ownership and transactions with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on her behalf. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Pangis is no longer required to file these forms or until she revokes it in writing. This document replaces any prior Power of Attorney executed by Pangis regarding securities of OUTFRONT Media Inc.
