Orchid Island Capital Announces $500 Million At-The-Market Equity Offering

Orchid Island Capital, Inc. has entered into an equity distribution agreement with several sales agents, including J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and BTIG, LLC, to offer and sell up to $500 million of its common stock through an at-the-market offering program. The shares will be sold from time to time, with the sales agents entitled to compensation of up to 2.0% of the gross proceeds.
