Power of Attorney for Section 16 Reporting Obligations

Meenal Sethna, Chief Financial Officer of Option Care Health, Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney appointing Meenal Sethna, James Grahovac, Collin Smyser, and Michael Bavaro as her attorneys-in-fact for Section 16 reporting obligations. This Power of Attorney authorizes the appointed attorneys to execute and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 on her behalf, as required by Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The attorneys are also authorized to perform any necessary actions related to these filings, including obtaining transaction information from third parties. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Sethna is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier in writing.
