Osisko Development Acquires Additional Shares in Falco Resources

Osisko Development Corp. has acquired 6,250,000 units of Falco Resources Ltd. at a price of C$0.32 per unit, totaling C$2,000,000, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd. This acquisition was part of a private placement offering by Falco. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Prior to this transaction, Osisko Development owned 48,675,240 common shares and 1,790,000 warrants, representing approximately 16.0% of the issued and outstanding common shares on a basic non-diluted basis. Post-transaction, Osisko Development owns 54,925,240 common shares and 4,915,000 warrants, representing approximately 15.9% of the issued and outstanding common shares on a basic non-diluted basis. The company has indicated that these securities were acquired for investment purposes and reserves the right to acquire or dispose of additional securities in the future based on market conditions and other factors.
