Power of Attorney for Kimberly Hourihan

Kimberly Marie Hourihan, a director of Realty Income Corporation, has granted a Power of Attorney to several individuals, including Michelle Bushore, Jonathan Pong, Bianca Martinez, Neale Redington, and Stephanie Graffious. This Power of Attorney authorizes them to execute and file various SEC documents on her behalf, including Schedules 13D and 13G, Forms 3, 4, and 5, and Form 144 filings.
