NatWest Group plc Share Buyback Transaction

NatWest Group plc announced the purchase of 1,408,940 ordinary shares with a nominal value of £1.0769 each from Merrill Lynch International on 17 October 2025. The shares were purchased as part of the company's existing share buyback programme, with the highest price paid being 543.40 GBp and the lowest price paid being 528.00 GBp. The volume-weighted average price paid per share was 535.79 GBp. The company intends to cancel the repurchased shares. Following the settlement of these transactions, NatWest Group plc will hold 230,889,649 ordinary shares in treasury and have 8,031,624,502 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares.
