NatWest Group plc Share Buyback Transaction

NatWest Group plc announced a transaction in its own shares on 23 October 2025. The company purchased 919,632 ordinary shares with a nominal value of £1.0769 each from Merrill Lynch International. The shares were bought at prices ranging from 543.60 GBp to 549.60 GBp, with a volume-weighted average price of 546.81 GBp per share. This transaction is part of the company's existing share buyback program, initiated on 25 July 2025. Following the settlement of these transactions, NatWest Group will hold 230,862,120 ordinary shares in treasury and have 8,027,460,042 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares. The repurchased shares are intended to be canceled.
