NatWest Group plc Share Buyback Transaction

NatWest Group plc announced a transaction in its own shares on 21 October 2025. The company purchased 1,163,614 ordinary shares with a nominal value of £1.0769 each from Merrill Lynch International. The shares were bought at prices ranging from 533.00 GBp to 539.80 GBp, with a volume-weighted average price of 537.63 GBp per share. This transaction is part of the company's existing share buyback program, which was initiated on 25 July 2025. Following the settlement of these transactions, NatWest Group will hold 230,889,649 ordinary shares in treasury and have 8,029,204,296 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares. The company intends to cancel the repurchased shares.
