Appointment of Josh Critchley as Independent Non-Executive Director at NatWest Group plc

NatWest Group plc (NWG) announced the appointment of Josh Critchley as an independent non-executive director, effective from 3 November 2025. Josh Critchley brings over three decades of experience in investment banking and capital markets, having held senior roles at the Royal Bank of Canada, Goldman Sachs, and Merrill Lynch. He is currently a Trustee and Investment Committee Chair at Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity and an Honorary Senior Visiting Fellow at Bayes Business School, City St. George’s, University of London. Rick Haythornthwaite, Chair of NWG, expressed his delight in welcoming Josh to the Board, highlighting his deep expertise in financial services and strategic advisory as a valuable asset to the Board.
