NVIDIA's USD 1.0 Billion Equity Investment in Nokia and Strategic Partnership

Nokia Corporation announced a strategic partnership with NVIDIA, which includes a USD 1.0 billion equity investment by NVIDIA in Nokia. NVIDIA will subscribe to 166,389,351 new Nokia shares at a price of USD 6.01 per share, making NVIDIA a 2.90% shareholder in Nokia. The investment is part of a broader collaboration to shape the AI-RAN market and support the evolution of data center networking. Nokia plans to use the proceeds to accelerate its strategic plans, particularly in advancing trusted connectivity for the AI supercycle and other general corporate purposes. The partnership aims to integrate Nokia’s 5G & 6G RAN software with NVIDIA’s architecture and explore opportunities in AI networking solutions. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed in November 2025. Nokia will host a press and investor conference call to discuss the partnership and investment.
