NexMetals Announces C$65 Million Public Offering

NexMetals Mining Corp. announced a public offering of up to 11,403,509 units at C$5.70 per unit, aiming to raise C$65 million. The offering, upsized from C$50 million due to strong demand, includes one common share and one warrant per unit, with each warrant allowing the purchase of an additional common share at C$8.00 within 24 months. The net proceeds will be used to prepay a milestone payment under the Asset Purchase Agreement for the Selebi and Selkirk mines, advance exploration and development activities in Botswana, and for general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close on or about November 13, 2025, subject to necessary approvals.
