WiMi Hologram Cloud Inc. (NASDAQ: WIMI) has reaffirmed its long-term strategic investment in MicroAlgo Inc. (NASDAQ: MLGO) through a series of convertible note purchases and direct share acquisitions. Key investments include a $23 million convertible note purchase in October 2024, which was partially converted into Class B shares at various nominal prices, and a $32.2 million convertible note purchase in June 2025, fully converted into Class A shares. Additionally, WiMi acquired 8,000,000 shares directly in January 2024, increasing its stake to 61.92%. WiMi has committed to 10-year lock-up agreements on all holdings of MicroAlgo, emphasizing its dedication to long-term value creation and stable governance.
