Maase Inc. Completes Strategic Acquisition of Real Prospect Limited

Maase Inc. (NASDAQ: MAAS) has successfully completed the acquisition of 100% equity interests in Real Prospect Limited, marking its official entry into the new-energy technologies and intelligent services sector. The transaction, initially disclosed in July 2025, was finalized on October 28, 2025. As part of the deal, Maase issued 98,002,174 Class A ordinary shares at $1.50 per share, representing approximately 30.64% of the total issued and outstanding shares. Real Prospect owns 100% equity in Qingdao Youdian New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., focusing on electric vehicle services and residential energy solutions, and 49% equity in Qingdao Huiju Lai Xi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., specializing in intelligent unmanned systems. This acquisition positions Maase to leverage advanced R&D capabilities in new energy technology and intelligent unmanned systems, aiming to accelerate the development of mobile charging, household energy storage, and smart mobility solutions.
