Power of Attorney for Robert E. Knowling, Jr.

Robert E. Knowling, Jr., a director of Stride, Inc., has granted a power of attorney to Greerson G. McMullen and John C. Grothaus, allowing them to execute and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 on his behalf in accordance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. This power of attorney also permits them to perform any necessary acts related to the filing of these forms, including amendments and other required reports. The power of attorney remains in effect until Knowling is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier in writing.
