Power of Attorney for SEC Filings by George A. Paletta Jr.

George A. Paletta Jr., a director of Longeveron Inc., has appointed Paul T. Lehr and Lisa A. Locklear as his attorneys-in-fact to handle SEC filings on his behalf. This includes the preparation, execution, and filing of Forms 3, 4, and 5, as required under Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The power of attorney also grants the attorneys-in-fact the authority to seek and obtain information on transactions in the company's securities from third parties. The power of attorney will remain in effect until Paletta is no longer required to file these forms or until it is revoked in writing.
